The Lumberjacks fell behind early and couldn't come back in an 11-0 loss to Dawson on Friday in the Mon-Dak Baseball tournament. Dawson scored on a groundout, 2 walks, a fielder's choice, and an error in the first inning.

Kellen Lagerquist and Victor Terrero all had one hit to lead DCB.

The loss concludes the 2017 season for the Lumberjacks.  DCB ends the season 11-24 in Head Coach Mike Greene's first year, earning almost 4 times as many victories as the previous season.  With many of the members of this year's team slated to return, the future looks bright for Lumberjack Baseball.
