Jazzmin Keplin has signed a letter of intent to play basketball for the Dakota College at Bottineau Ladyjacks for the 2018-19 school year.

Jazzmin is a 5'7 guard and played her high school basketball for the Turtle Mountain Bravettes.  She was a four year letter winner and a two year starter at point guard for the Bravettes.  Jazzmin was a team captain as a junior.  She received the team's Best Defensive Player Award as a 10th grader, the Hardest Worker Award as  9th grader, and the Horizon Award as an outstanding upcoming player as an 8th grader.

Coach Johnson's comments:

"We expect Jazzmin to be a great addition to our Ladyjacks program.  Her experience at a high level of play in the WDA should transition well to the MonDak.  We believe her ability to see the floor and get to the rim will create excellent scoring opportunities for her teammates as well as herself.  She is solid defensively and should fit in well with our upcoming group of Ladyjacks.  Jazzmin excels in the classroom and is a young lady with strong character values.  She appears to possess the qualities we look for in a Ladyjack student/athlete."
